Return Agreement:
Returns require written approval from H&B. Unauthorized returns remain the customer's property and will not lead to refunds or credits. The customer covers return costs and risks.
General Return:
Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery. No refunds are issued, but a credit note valid for 1 year may be given. H&B may refuse returns if products are not in original condition or packaging, have been used, or were part of a promotion.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If products are damaged or faulty due to H&B (not the carrier), customers must file a complaint within 2 days of delivery. H&B may offer a replacement or reimbursement, but no compensation or damages will be provided. If no complaint is filed within 2 days, the products are considered accepted.
